When you refer a friend, family member, co-worker, or acquaintance to Florida Realty Referral, not only are you helping them access our vast network of experienced real estate agents, but you’re also earning a very generous commission in doing so. Below are a couple of examples of the money you can make from your referral. Typically, most negotiated referral fees are around 20%-25%, however, if you refer someone to our sister company, Clarke Realty Group, you will receive 30% of the commission (and no $495 transaction fee) and can have peace of mind knowing that you left your referral in good hands.

How it all works

Example 1 – Relocation Referral:

You have a friend or family member that’s relocating to the state of New York. They purchased a property worth $500,000 and the seller’s agent has negotiated a 3% commission to the buyers agent
$500,000 (purchase price of home) x 3% (buyer’s agent commission) = $15,000 (total commission to buyer’s broker) x 25% (negotiated referral fee) = $3,750 (your commission) – $495 (our fee) = $3,255 – total amount of commission you’ll earn from just a simple referral!

Example 2 – Home Sale in South Florida:

You have a co-worker that’s decided they want to sell their home here in South Florida. They know that you recently passed and were granted your real estate sales associate license but know that you aren’t actively working as a REALTOR. You want to help your friend out though and you refer them to our sister company, Clarke Realty Group, who lists and sells their home for them.
Your co-workers home sold for $750,000.
$750,000 (sale price of home) x 3% seller’s commission = $22,500 (total commission to sellers broker) x 30%. Because you’ve referred them to Clarke Realty Group, you made 30% commission from this referral and don’t have to pay the $495 fee to Florida Realty Referral. This means that you pocketed $6,750 all for making this one referral.
