Have Questions? We’ve Got Answers
Can a licensee with Florida Realty Referral list property for a family member or engage in other limited brokerage activities?
No. Referral agents are not permitted to list, sell, lease, rent, manage, counsel, or appraise real estate in any capacity. What real estate activities are allowed under the Florida Realty Referral waiver?

Why does Florida Realty Referral offer agents 100% of the referral commission when referring to Clarke Realty Group?
Both Florida Realty Referral and Clarke Realty Group are owned and operated by Logan Clarke, a licensed real estate broker located in Miami, Fl. Offering 100% of the referral commission is to further incentivize referral agents to refer their client(s) to Clarke Realty Group.
I’ve never worked with a Realtor from Clarke Realty Group before. What if I’m not comfortable referring my family or friends to them?
You are under no obligation to refer any business to any brokerage to include Clarke Realty Group. While we would love the opportunity to earn your friends or your family’s business, we understand that we might not be the right fit for every single person. We do believe that if given the opportunity to earn their business, we will not disappoint. We are committed to our craft and will go to the ends of the Earth for our clients. Furthermore, we know the repercussions for doing a bad job have a far greater impact on our company than doing a good job. Psychologists have found that humans tend to give more weight to negative experiences than positive ones. In fact, a 2016 study conducted by Nielsen, found that people who have had a negative experience will share it with up to 10 or more people whereas people who had a positive experience will share it with 3-4 people on average. We would rather build our business on a positive experience that is shared 3-4 times rather than to ruin our reputation with even having one unhappy client.
